Signal · Berlin · open to senior roles

Close enough to the code to be useful, senior enough to say no.

Ten years building software products, five of them leading teams. Architecture trade-off with engineers in the morning, a prototype thrown together over lunch, pricing with a CEO in the afternoon. Nothing gets lost between the three rooms.

What matters to me is whether the thing works and whether anyone uses it. Roadmaps, OKRs and discovery frameworks are tools, not the point. Right now I'm building my own apps and looking for the right senior product role.

Experience orbit

Four stations, eleven years. Open one for the detail; the trajectory reads top to bottom.

    • Co-founded Celisara, a bootstrapped SaaS for aesthetic medicine, in pilot with the dentist who uses it daily.
    • Built and shipped DogPass alone: product, design, code, brand, launch. 5.0★ on the App Store.
    • Agentic AI coding tools in daily use, from discovery to release.
    • Led five product managers and designers across the core portfolio.
    • Owned products tied to €10M+ ARR, with partners including Riot, BLAST and EFG.
    • Helped land Google and Esports World Cup partnerships by shaping the product story.
    • Shipped the software behind Germany's first autonomous on-demand shuttles.
    • Turned regulatory constraints into a roadmap engineers could build.
    • Operator tools that lifted ride-pooling utilisation by 20%.
    • Owned the in-store mobile app used by Decathlon, Burton and UNTUCKit.
    • Launched offline mode, the feature that unlocked several enterprise retailers.
    • Started in QA, built the test architecture, then moved into product.

Before that: QA engineer, automated UI testing for continuous delivery. B.Sc. Business Information Technology, Schmalkalden.

Ventures lab

Two products I built end to end. One shipped alone, one with a co-founder who treats patients with it every day.

celisara.com Pilot · pre-market Two founders Bootstrapped

Celisara

Practice software for non-surgical aesthetic medicine, written where the treatment happens.

Every practice in this field works against its software. What exists is built for statutory-insurance practices or for clinics with an operating theatre: the first has no treatment catalogue with areas, units and batch numbers, the second buries a two-room practice in surgical admin.

There are credible alternatives on the market. What they don't have is a co-founder who runs the practice. Shiva Nassiri treats patients with the system every day and decides what goes in. If it doesn't work at the treatment chair, it doesn't get built. I do the rest: product, design, engineering, the website, the positioning, the pricing page.

And the AI is not a badge on a feature list. Two spoken sentences while the room is being cleaned fill the fields § 630f requires; the disclosure points are ticked off by hand rather than inferred; nothing is stored until a human confirms it. Card payment runs through SumUp out of the appointment, and the plumbing is health-data grade: EU hosting, row-level security, two-factor login available on every account, logged chart access.

Protocols

A senior outside view, without the deck. A handful of teams and founders at a time, usually on where AI actually helps, what to build first, or how to stop building the wrong things.

Protocol 01 · Strategy

AI product strategy

Where AI creates value in your product, not where it sounds impressive. Use cases, feasibility, a roadmap you can fund.

Output
Prioritised use cases, feasibility read, funding-ready roadmap
Best fit
Teams under pressure to “do something with AI”

Protocol 02 · Technology

Discovery & MVP

What problem you're actually solving, for whom, and the smallest version you can learn from.

Output
Problem definition, scope cut to a learnable first release
Best fit
Founders before the first line of code

Protocol 03 · Strategy

Strategy & roadmaps

Business goals turned into a direction your team can execute and explain to stakeholders.

Output
A direction the team can build and the board can follow
Best fit
Scaling teams with a crowded backlog

Protocol 04 · People

Sparring

A thinking partner for hard calls. Structured conversations, no slides.

Output
Clarity on the decision you keep postponing
Best fit
Heads of product and founders without a peer
